Some documents need more than one person to sign, and one session can handle several signatures or several documents. Each person who signs must appear on camera and verify their own identity, and each notarial act is priced at the additional-act rate after the first.
What each signer needs
- Their own valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- A device with a working camera and microphone
- To be present on camera when it is their turn to sign
Every signer is verified individually, because the notary must confirm each person's identity before that person signs.
Step by step
Plan the session
Decide who needs to sign and whether everyone can be present at the same time. Signers can be in the same room or join from different places online.
Upload the document
Upload the unsigned PDF that all parties will sign. Include every page.
Verify each signer
Each signer presents their own ID and completes identity verification before signing.
Sign on camera in turn
The notary guides each person through signing on the record, then completes the notarial act for each signature.

The first act is $25 and each additional act in the same session is $15. Your full total is shown before you pay.
