What is a "notarial act"?

A notarial act is a single official act the notary performs, such as taking an acknowledgment of your signature, administering an oath, or executing a jurat on a sworn statement. The price is based on the number of acts, not the number of pages. One signer signing one document is usually one act.

If a session involves more than one signature that needs notarizing, more than one document, or more than one signer, each additional notarial act is $15.

When you pay

You pay by card at checkout, before your session, through Stripe. Your full total, including any promo code you apply, is shown on the checkout screen. There are no hidden platform fees added afterward.
